I’m Shannon, the creator of this little blog. I got very interested in couponing after watching Extreme Couponing on TLC. I decided while I was learning to coupon, that I would try to help others do it too. So I started a Facebook page and shared a ton of printable coupons that I found online, some free samples, freebies, giveaways… pretty much anything and everything to do with saving money! After seeing the Facebook page take off, I decided I should start a blog to go along with it… and Sassy Saving Moms was born!

I am a busy mom of three kids, wife to an electrician and daughter to the best darn mom, ever! I’ve tried being a “work at home mom” many times in the past to help out at home… I just never made money with anything. So here I am, trying to help myself and everyone learn how to SAVE money! It’s FREE for you to learn how to coupon, I’m not trying to sell you anything

My mom has stage 4 cancer and no longer drives, so I take her where she needs to go. My middle son, 8 years old, is disabled (he has Ataxia), and the MANY doctors he’s been to have no idea what caused it. He has a hard time walking around without falling down . My oldest son, 10 years old, has ADD and literally bounces off the walls. My 4 year old daughter… well… there really aren’t words to describe her! LOL She’s a mess! I also watch an autistic man to help his dad out, and that gives me a few spending dollars. So, I do have a pretty busy life. If I go a while without posting, please forgive me.

I do have a helper, though! Laura from Extreme Southern Couponing has been helping me. She’s a life saver!
